Quality & Certification
Uncompromising quality control and internationally recognized certifications ensure your packaging meets the highest standards.
7-Step Quality Control Process
Quality is built into every step of our manufacturing process — from raw material receipt to final shipment.
Incoming Material QC
Raw materials undergo strict incoming inspection including thickness measurement, tensile strength testing, visual check, and certificate verification.
Pre-production Check
Before mass production, we verify artwork, cylinder quality, and color accuracy with pre-production samples for client approval.
Printing Process Control
Continuous monitoring during gravure printing with color density checks, register accuracy verification, and defect detection at every stage.
Lamination Quality
Bonding strength and adhesive coating weight are tested to ensure consistent lamination quality and barrier performance.
Finishing & Conversion
Pouch making, slitting, and die-cutting are monitored for dimensional accuracy, seal strength, and clean cut quality.
Final Inspection
Comprehensive AQL inspection of finished products including visual check, size measurement, leakage test, and packaging verification.
Pre-shipment Check
Final pre-shipment inspection confirms quantity, packaging, labeling, and shipping marks before dispatch.
Food-Grade Materials We Use
All materials are food-grade certified and sourced from reputable suppliers.
| Material | Key Properties | Common Use |
|---|---|---|
| PE (Polyethylene) | Heat sealable, flexible, food-safe | Sealant layer, inner film |
| PET (Polyester) | High strength, excellent clarity, heat resistance | Outer printing layer |
| AL (Aluminum Foil) | Highest barrier to oxygen, moisture, and light | Mid barrier layer for long shelf-life products |
| NY / PA (Nylon) | Excellent puncture resistance and durability | Mid layer for heavy-duty and frozen food |
| CPP (Cast PP) | Clear, heat-sealable, good stiffness | Inner layer for dry food packaging |
| VMPET (Metallized PET) | Light and oxygen barrier, cost-effective | Mid barrier layer alternative to aluminum foil |
Understanding Barrier Properties
The right barrier structure extends shelf life and protects your product from environmental factors.
Moisture Barrier
Prevents water vapor from penetrating, protecting hygroscopic products like powders, biscuits, and pharmaceuticals.
Oxygen Barrier
Blocks oxygen ingress to prevent oxidation, rancidity, and microbial growth — critical for coffee, nuts, and oily foods.
Light Barrier
Protects light-sensitive products from UV degradation, preserving color, flavor, and nutritional value.
Puncture Resistance
Nylon (NY) layers add toughness to withstand sharp edges (bones, kibble) and rough handling during shipping.
